We have a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Items eligible for return must be unused and in the same condition you received them. Items must also be in original packaging.

There are several types of items that are not returnable. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on the following products: lingerie or hygiene products, hazardous materials, or products containing flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items:
* Gift card
*Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care products

In order to complete the return process we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.

In certain circumstances, only a portion of the amount may be refunded: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use
* Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes or vinyl records.
* Any non-original condition, damage or missing parts not caused by our fault.
*Any item returned more than 30 days after shipment
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you whether your refund request will be approved or denied.
If approved, your refund request will be processed and the refund will automatically be credited to your credit card or to the original payment method within 15 business days.

Refund is overdue or not received (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, a formal refund may take some processing time.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same product, please send an email to wishead@163.com and send the product to: Room 802, Qinda Building, Yinzhou District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China (Postal Code: 315000).

Gift
If the purchase was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you by the merchant, you will receive gift points equal to the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.

If the purchase is not marked as a gift, or the gift giver ships the order to their own address and subsequently ships it to you, we will return the gift to the gift giver and the gift giver will be aware of your return.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

We have a professional design team and we will design product drawings according to customers' ideas.
After our customers confirm the drawings, we will make samples according to the drawings and take photos or send samples to our customers.

Production packaging and quality inspection

After the customer confirms the sample, we will produce it according to the order quantity and requirements.

The assembly department will label and package the products. At the same time, we also support customization of labels and packaging.

We have a quality control department responsible for product inspection to ensure that each product meets standards

Finally

Deliver goods

The finished product will enter our warehouse and be shipped according to the order time.

Do I need to have an account to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest. But, there are some perks if you have an account with us:

Can I cancel the order if it's already been shipped?

We understand that sometimes situations change, and you may need to cancel an order that has already been shipped. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. At that point, the package is in transit and we are unable to intercept it.

What if I typed the wrong email address?

Please contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address but we cannot change your order. So Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble. 

If the style I like is not available in the store, can I choose to customize it?

Only some of the products are on the shelves in our store. If you have your own style or pattern and need to customize your own style, please contact our team.

Why do products have minimum order quantity requirements?

Sorry, our products are not currently available for retail. We can only support wholesale purchases of our products, and there will be a minimum order quantity requirement.

Are there any exchange rates?

All of our transactions are inUS Dollarssterling. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal payment, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments,cash on delivery. We do not accept personal checks.

How do I set my shipping address?

Because our website and services are English-based, all information you enter needs to use an English input method, including punctuation marks.

When will my order arrive?

The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

How do I track my order?

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

What Do I Do If I Have Missing Items In My Order?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.How long is the returns process?Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return.
