Once you place your order, our team will work hard to ship your product directly to your address. Please note that our products are mass produced and require an additional 5--7 days for production as in some cases we must produce them after you order.

You can expect to receive your purchase within 15-30 business days after ordering. During periods of peak demand, order delivery may take slightly longer (up to 40 working days).

All orders are protected, insured and tracked with real-time status tracking ID. This means you can follow your order from start to finish. If for some technical reason you do not automatically receive your tracking information via email within a few days of ordering; please feel free to contact us at wishead@163.com Please allow 24-72 hours to get a tracking number.

Shipping rate(s).

At SEnTu Art&Craft, we charge shipping for any order and do not support free shipping. If you purchase a large quantity of products and need to ship them by sea or air, please feel free to contact us: wishead@163.com.

 

We support FOB and CIF shipping methods.
If you purchase a smaller quantity of products, we offer standard shipping and priority shipping express services.

 

Shipping costs for Priority Shipping are $11.99 and Standard Shipping is $8.50 in the U.S., Canada, France and the UK.


For Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Russia, South Africa, and Spain, if the order amount is less than US$200, the standard shipping fee is US$11.99, and if the order amount exceeds US$200 (including US$200) ) Standard shipping is $8.50.
